Partial Wedding Planning and Coordinating can include assistance with picking vendors and location. Planning meetings and creating a detailed timeline. Finalizing all last minute details including vendor confirmations. Being available for all day-of activities and overseeing set-up and breakdown staff of venue. The Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination package also includes coordination of rehearsal events.

A la carte services are for those couples that just need a little extra help. Whether it is stuffing and stamping invitations or a adviser to sit with you and make sure you have all the little details figured out. A la carte services are billed per hour and are a great way to stay within your budget and get the extra set of helping hands you may need for your big day.

Set-Up and Breakdown
Set-up and Breakdown service is for those couples who don't feel like they may need a Day Of Coordinator, but would like to have someone come in day of to get the room set up, place any linens, decor, center pieces, etc. And then we come in after the end of the reception and break everything down. This is such a great option for those couples who don't want to break up the festivities to make sure their wedding day is as beautiful as they envision it.
